Refunds
We do not offer refunds or replacements when customers enter the wrong shipping address. Please do not return your purchase to the address it was shipped from.
If you wish to request a refund, please follow the steps below within seven (7) days of receiving the product:
Email us at info@shoponeandmore.com, and please include:
- Name
- Order number
- Reasons that you are requesting a refund
Understand that we do not guarantee refunds. All sales are final.
Returns to Sender
If you enter an incorrect address and the mail carrier returns your order to us, we will resend it to you. You will be responsible for a shipping and handling fee to cover the cost of resending your order. If you choose not to have us reship the order, we can issue a refund. However, the refund will exclude the original shipping charges, priority processing fees, and any insurance costs. Additionally, a 30% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund amount.
Sometimes these packages are refused by the manufacturer and destroyed by the postal carrier. Sometimes they end up lost in transit. In any case in which we do not receive the package back, we can provide a 50% store credit towards a new item.
If you provided the correct address, we will reship the order to the same address free of charge. If you want to change the address, you will need to pay the shipping and handling fee.
Order Cancellation
All of our products are made on demand, especially for each customer at the time they order. Because of this, we can only cancel or modify orders within the first 12 hours after purchase.
Clearance Items
Items sold on clearance cannot be returned or refunded. They may not include original packaging. We make no guarantees about the condition of these items.
Warranties
Our standard refund and replacement policy lasts 30 days from the date your tracking number shows your order was delivered. If 60 days have passed since your purchase was received, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or replacement.
International Shipping
Customs duties, taxes, and charges are not included in our base price. This is a shopper’s responsibility, as each country has different Custom Duties and Laws of Taxation.
